How it Works

Every packaging project moves through four core stages. We’ll quote a realistic timeline once we understand your formats, print requirements, and run size — that’s a conversation we have during the initial consultation.

1. Consultation

We start by discussing your project to understand your product, your goals, and which packaging format or formats make the most sense. Whether you are exploring co-packing for the first time or switching from another contract packaging provider, we want to make sure we point you in the right direction before anything else.

2. Product testing.

You send us a sample and we test it in our lab to determine the appropriate fill weight, pouch material, and machine setup. If your product has compatibility concerns — acidic sauces, sticky powders, or other challenging formulations — we can work with a third-party testing lab to confirm the film is a good match.

3. Quote, artwork, and proofing.

We provide a formal quote along with a die line for your custom food packaging. Your graphic designer places your artwork on the die line and sends it back to us. We then have a proof made for your review. Once you approve the proof, we move forward. Your artwork can be printed in full color, front and back.

4. Production and shipping.

Production typically begins within 4–6 weeks of proof approval, with most of that time attributed to film printing. Time to completion depends on order size and run speed, which varies based on the product and packaging format. Every food production run includes microbial testing (APC, yeast, mold, pathogens), lot coding, and seal integrity verification. Finished goods ship to the destination you specify.

We work with both small and large orders — from pilot runs as small as 5,000 units to established brands producing tens of millions of packets per year. The process and quality standards are the same regardless of order size.
