Quality & Certifications

IBR Packaging operates under the certifications, processes, and oversight that serious supplement brand owners look for when vetting a co-packer. Brands carry real liability around what goes into their products and how those products are made. We operate to the standards your QA, regulatory, and retail accounts will ask about. Our facility is FDA-registered and SQF Level 2 certified, and we have been operating since 2012.
Allergen handling
IBR operates a documented allergen control program covering receiving, storage, scheduling, changeover, and verification. Allergens are managed on a case-by-case basis with dedicated cleaning and segregation protocols.
cGMP Compliant
We operate under Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) protocols across receiving, production, packaging, and shipping. That covers sanitation, equipment cleaning and changeover, lot traceability, environmental controls, and trained personnel — the same framework that supports our food, supplement, and OTC work.
FDA-Registered Facility
IBR Packaging is registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our facility, processes, and recordkeeping are subject to FDA inspection, and we maintain documentation aligned with 21 CFR requirements applicable to cosmetic and OTC contract manufacturing.
SQF Level 2 certified
Our food safety management system is independently audited under the Safe Quality Food program, recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). SQF Level 2 covers HACCP-based food safety controls across the facility.
Third-Party Testing
Microbial testing, stability testing, and other analytical work is coordinated through qualified third-party labs when your spec requires it. Test protocols and documentation flow back into your batch records.
Every supplement product we ship is tested by an independent laboratory to your specifications. We coordinate sample submission and provide certificates of analysis with finished goods.
Traceability
Lot codes are applied to every package and tied to incoming raw material lots, production records, and shipping documentation. Full forward and backward traceability is standard.
