Supplement Packaging
IBR Packaging is an FDA-registered, SQF Level 2 certified supplement co-packer based in Carrollton, Texas, in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. We fill powdered and liquid supplements — protein, collagen, greens, pre-workout, electrolytes, vitamins, B12, melatonin, energy shots — into stick packs and sachets. We also package capsules, softgels, tablets, and gummies into single-count and multi-count pouches, plus daily dose kits for nutraceutical brands. We have been packaging supplements since 2012, and every product we ship is third-party tested to customer specifications.

What We Package
Powdered supplements
Protein, collagen, greens, pre-workout, electrolytes, BCAAs, creatine, fiber, mushroom blends, and drink mixes. Filled into stick packs and sachets for single-serve doses, or into premade bags and pouches for larger fills. Single-serve fills as low as 0.5g for micro-dose ingredients, with premade bag filling available for scoop-format and bulk SKUs.
Liquid supplements
Liquid vitamins, B12, melatonin, energy shots, and other water-based or low-viscosity formulas. Filled into stick packs and sachets with foil-lined barrier films for shelf stability and leak prevention.
Capsules, softgels, and tablets
Packaged into single-count pouches for trial sizes and sampling programs, multi-count pouches for retail SKUs, and mixed-product daily dose packs that combine different products into a single packet for a single day’s regimen.
Gummies
Pouch and sachet filling for single-serve and multi-count gummy SKUs. We package gummies; we do not manufacture them. Learn more about gummy packaging
Daily dose kitting
Assembly of multiple packaged items (capsule pouches, powder sticks, gummy packs) into cartons or kits for daily, weekly, or monthly subscription programs. We can combine your own packaged components with items we fill in-house.
Packaging Formats
Stick packs
Narrow, vertical single-serve format for powdered drink mixes, electrolytes, pre-workouts, single-dose liquid supplements, and travel-friendly SKUs. Tear-top opening for clean dispensing. Common for retail, sampling, and subscription programs. Learn more about our stick packaging →
Sachets and pouches
Flat, sealed sachets and pouches in standard rectangular and custom die-cut shapes. Used for powders, liquids, capsules, softgels, tablets, and gummies across single-count and multi-count fills. Learn more about pouch and sachet packaging
Capsule, softgel, and tablet packaging
Pouched fills ranging from single-count trial samples to multi-count retail SKUs, plus mixed-product daily dose packs that combine multiple items into one packet for a day’s regimen. Learn more about capsule packaging
Premade bag and pouch filling
For larger dry supplement SKUs that don’t fit a single-serve format: scoop-format protein, meal replacement, fiber, and greens powders. Filled into stand-up pouches (SUPs), gusseted bags, and other premade formats supplied by you or sourced through us. Learn more about premade pouch packaging
Kitting and assembly
Multiple packaged items combined into cartons, boxes, stand-up pouches (SUPs), or display-ready kits for daily dose programs, subscription boxes, and retail promotions. We can combine your own packaged components with items we fill in-house. Learn more about kitting
Frequently Asked Questions
What are your minimum order quantities?
Our minimum order quantity is 5,000 units per SKU for pouches. MOQs for stick packs, premade bag filling, and kitting can vary based on film, fill size, and run complexity — we will give you a project-specific number during the consultation.
How long does production take?
We run efficiently and produce as quickly as possible once a project is ready to start. Total lead time depends largely on how quickly we receive the elements needed to schedule and run the job: bulk product, packaging film and components, finished artwork, certificates of analysis, accurate packing lists, and any product-specific documentation. Projects move fastest when clients send complete information up front; missing or incomplete materials are the most common cause of delay. We will give you a project-specific timeline after the consultation and update it as materials are confirmed.
Do you fill stick packs with powdered supplements?
Yes. Stick packs are one of our core formats for powdered supplements — protein, collagen, greens, pre-workout, electrolytes, BCAAs, creatine, fiber, mushroom blends, and drink mixes. We run a test on every stick pack project before full production.
Can you assemble daily dose packs that combine different products?
Yes. Daily dose kitting is a regular part of our work. We combine capsules, softgels, tablets, powder sticks, and gummy packs into single-day packets, weekly trays, or monthly subscription kits. Components can be packaged in-house, supplied by you, or a combination of both.
How accurate is your capsule and tablet count?
Counts are verified by weight and by visual inspection during production. For multi-count and daily dose packs, we calibrate to the specific weight and dimensions of your capsule, softgel, or tablet at the start of each run, with in-process checks throughout.
Do you manufacture, formulate, or encapsulate supplements?
No. IBR is a contract packager. You supply the bulk product — finished powder, liquid, capsules, softgels, tablets, or gummies — and we package it. We do not manufacture, formulate, blend, or encapsulate.
