What We Package

Liquid and wet foods — Hot sauce, BBQ sauce, salad dressing, honey, ketchup, mustard, syrups, and oils. Single-serve packets for restaurants, food service, retail, and sampling programs. We use foil-lined and barrier films designed to maintain freshness and prevent leaks.

Dry powders and seasonings — Spice blends, dry rubs, sweeteners, baking ingredients, and nutritional drink mixes. Portion-controlled fills ranging from approximately 1g up to 30g, depending on density and packet size.

Granular products — Sugar, salt, coffee crystals, small seeds, rice, sprinkles, and specialty food additives in standard or custom sachet sizes.

Packaging Formats

We offer several flexible packaging formats for food products. The right choice depends on your product, your market, and your budget — we will help determine the best fit during the sample evaluation process.

Sachets and pouches — Three-side and four-side seal packets for single-serve and retail applications. Available in a range of sizes and materials.

Stick packs — Tall, narrow format for powdered drink mixes, supplements, and coffee. We operate multi-lane stick pack machines.

Die-cut pouches — Custom shapes designed for shelf impact.

Premade bags and pouches — For larger format filling, we fill and seal your premade packaging including stand-up pouches, zippered and resealable bags, gusseted bags, and flat pouches. We handle dry products including powders, granules, snack mixes, clusters, and other loose or free-flowing items with accurate portioning.

How It Works

  1. Consultation. We start by discussing your project to understand your product, your goals, and which packaging format or formats make the most sense. Whether you are exploring co-packing for the first time or switching from another contract packaging provider, we want to make sure we point you in the right direction before anything else.
  2. Product testing. You send us a sample and we test it in our lab to determine the appropriate fill weight, pouch material, and machine setup. If your product has compatibility concerns — acidic sauces, sticky powders, or other challenging formulations — we can work with a third-party testing lab to confirm the film is a good match.
  3. Quote, artwork, and proofing. We provide a formal quote along with a die line for your custom food packaging. Your graphic designer places your artwork on the die line and sends it back to us. We then have a proof made for your review. Once you approve the proof, we move forward. Your artwork can be printed in full color, front and back.
  4. Production and shipping. Production typically begins within 4–6 weeks of proof approval, with most of that time attributed to film printing. Time to completion depends on order size and run speed, which varies based on the product and packaging format. Every food production run includes microbial testing (APC, yeast, mold, pathogens), lot coding, and seal integrity verification. Finished goods ship to the destination you specify.

We work with both small and large orders — from pilot runs as small as 5,000 units to established brands producing tens of millions of packets per year. The process and quality standards are the same regardless of order size.

Food Safety & Certifications

Our facility is FDA-registered and SQF Level 2 certified. We follow cGMP and HACCP standards. Every food product that ships from our facility undergoes third-party microbial testing. We maintain allergen control programs, and all production staff are trained in food safety and sanitation protocols with refresher training conducted on a regularly scheduled basis.

If your product requires a specific testing protocol, certificate of analysis, or special handling considerations such as kosher or organic requirements, please raise those early in the process so we can plan accordingly.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are your minimum order quantities?
Minimums vary by product and packaging format, but we regularly run orders as small as 5,000 units. We are well-equipped for small-to-medium batch production. Contact us with your project details for a specific answer.
How does pricing work?
We quote based on the actual quantity you are ordering. There are no volume commitments or annual projections required. You tell us how many units you need, and we quote that number.
What is the typical turnaround time?
Production typically begins within 4–6 weeks of proof approval, with most of that time attributed to film printing. Time to completion depends on order size and run speed, which varies based on the product and packaging format.
Can you accommodate allergen requirements?
Allergen handling is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We maintain allergen control programs and schedule production runs to prevent cross-contamination. Please let us know about any allergen concerns early in the process so we can determine whether your product is a good fit for our facility.
Do you source the packaging material?
We can handle sourcing for you or work with film you supply. If there are material compatibility concerns, we work with the customer and a third-party testing lab as needed to confirm the film is appropriate for the product.
Can I start with a small test run?
Yes. Many of our clients begin with a pilot run to validate the packaging format before committing to a larger order. This is a practical approach and one we encourage.
